Which was launched in the year 2018 by former Railway and Coal Minister Piyush Goyal. In this, passengers can register their complaints through mobile phone / web. It gives real-time feedback to the passengers about the status of redressal of their complaints. On registering the complaint, the passenger immediately gets an ID through SMS, after which information about the action taken on it by the Railways is given through a customized SMS. Through this app, passengers can register any type of complaint like cleanliness, security, train delay or food etc. Apart from this, passengers can also give their feedback about railway services during the journey. Passengers can also avail medical assistance during their journey through this app.
