Most of the roads from the main markets to the localities of the city are under encroachment. Because of this, the problem of traffic jam has become common in the city. On Thursday, encroachment was removed from Civil Lines, Gorakhpur Road, Matru Chhaya Restaurant to public toilet Town Hall and from the western track of Rudrapur Tirahe. At the same time, the carts and stalls installed on the roadside on Malviya Road were also removed. Apart from the tea shops on the roadside at the Irrigation Department intersection, the slums built on the tracks were demolished with bulldozers. On the road leading from the Medical College Road to the Police Line up to the bus stand intersection, tea shops, clothes shops and medical stores were found on both sides of the road. Here too, the kiosks of those setting up tea stalls were broken. It is alleged that the shops built on carts had already been removed after giving a signal by the employees, whereas the medical stores located on the drain on the south track were not removed. During this, some shopkeepers approached the Municipality. Employees were accused of discrimination, job was done due to this, people passing on this route also raised questions on the municipality's workshop. Questions are being raised on the action of the municipality team on Kotwali Road also.
